The Japanese garden is different from the western garden and is characterized by being asymmetrical and molding using curves.
Japanese gardens are modeled on natural landscapes.
Garden culture was transmitted from China, but developed into a form unique to Japan.

 

As Japanese three famous gardens, Kenroku-en (Ishikawa Prefecture), Koraku-en (Okayama Prefecture), and Kairaku-en (Ibaraki Prefecture) are famous.
In addition, beautiful gardens are being constructed in various parts of Japan such as Sengan-en (Kagoshima Prefecture), Ritsurin-koen (Kagawa Prefecture), Suizen-ji joujuen (Kumamoto Prefecture), Soraku-en (Hyogo Prefecture).
